I got a package delivered online and it said it was delivered but no delivery had shown up at my house then the customer support took 4 hours to write a little email then not calling back as well I had to call back after 4 hours and nothing got done worst experience of my life never ever shopping here again very disappointed.

I've dealt with these guys several times and i found them good to deal with when you are buying from them,  however,  when there is a problem with a product they talk to you like you're dirt.nI purchased a weather station,  it was not a cheap one and the temperature switches between the correct temperature and -10deg. I did the research,  i reset it before i returned the item and tested again.  The product has an issue, yet the assistant manager tried to tell me it was my issue and muttered profanities and his breath while he attempted to disabled and fix the issue, It just goes to show that you don't need a long neck to be a goose, tech guy, pffft, my backside!nAny way he reset the machine and said it'll be good now, i returned home and reconnected the device and it still has the same issue.nIf you don't like being in the customer service industry, get out of it Jaycar Maroochydore, I'd be surprised if you stay in business too long anyway. You give your industry a bad name!nI'll be returning the item and getting a full refund and purchasing online because stores like this deserve it.nTerrible service,  terrible products,  poor management.nWhen i left the store two people took the time to come to me and comment on how rude the staff were. Jackasses

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, they were very patient with my childrens' many electronic questions for their purchases.

The manager there is a very fair and helpful man, was a pleasure doing business
