Took elderly friends down to select a replacement vehicle at this establishment this morning. Dealt with Paul Weatherstone who was very helpful in providing the information that they needed to make a final decision on whether to buy new or second hand. After looking at the vehicles available they were able to make their decision virtually on the spot. A very satisfactory result for all concerned.

Last Friday I purchased a Corolla Hybrid through Scott Boyall. I would highly recommend him. He is a no-nonsense salesman and tries his best to meet the needs of his clients. I was very satisfied in my dealings with him.

We purchased a second hand vehicle late last year from the Nambour Dealership, we would not recommend purchasing the aftermarket protection package after three attempts the third attempt they even left the vehicle dirty!! We also had some minor issues we thought would be covered under the after market warranty we purchased but the issue wasn't what we thought, it was some months before we advised Ken Mills, but we genuinely thought Ken Mills would understand and do the right thing, after be treated rudely and called liars, they partially tried to rectify the issue, still ongoing, our own fault we really didn't understand how the warranty worked we purchased and now are left with a certified lemon, but in no way should we have been subjected to being treated like liars and treated so rudely, totally in appropriate, we certainly would not like anyone else to be subjected to such appalling treatment, we previously purchased from Sunshine Coast Nissan, the Ken Mills team need to spend a day with Sunshine Coast Nissan to learn how to actually treat customers.

This business has to be a joke. Dangerous shotty service. I'd been told they'd replaced a punctured tyre with the spare (they lied). A few hours down the road the punctured tyre blew out and we almost crashed! I called and asked what they had actually done and they said "oh yes we were going to do that but we didn't" - having already told me they had.. Pathetic and dangerous disgrace of a business.
