When you own a Subaru you get extra special service. Keifer the barista takes your coffee order as you drive in. After he handles the morning rush he’s back to being a mechanic again. Cool!
Brought our car to have service at Cricks 2 weeks ago. We told them there was noise from the rear when driving, and they said it was the tyres and had rotated the them. Next day the noise was still there and the car started making squeezing sound when reversing. We thought it may be dirt in the brakes. But the noise didn’t go away after days so we took off the wheel and check the brake. The brake pads has wore off and the indicator was scratching the disk! Can’t believe they haven’t even check the brake pads at all! You can see how low the old pad compares to a new one. Never again.
Ordered my new Triton through Anita and David and it couldn't have gone any smoother! They were always there when I had a questions, they were so friendly and I am so happy with my new ride. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. I had my Forester in for DPF and oil diagnosis and a road worthy. I was away for work so my girlfriend had to take of this, they changed the oil due to fuel dilution and had no forethought or just wanted more money to wait and change the oil when I was getting the oil leaks repaired. They took over 2 weeks when initially it was supposed to be 3 days. They did a headlights restoration petty cash grab thing to pick up on for a road worthy which did pretty much nothing. I found scratches all over my bonnet where they've have taken it off and carelessly sat it somewhere. Overall I do not recommend these guys
Zac and the Subaru team were wonderful. So helpful and friendly, they made buying a new car a wonderful experience. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience!
