Service department are hopeless. Car came back dirty after service (we detailed it before it went in). They didn't put the log books folder back into the glove box so we had to go back another time to get it. The loan car looked like it had been out on a boys weekend (food and sweat all over the front area). To compensate for this we were offered a free 15k service. After that service which was good the service book was missing again from the folder. They are sending me a new one.

Katrina Appo, the service advisor, was fantastic and very helpful in getting my Wildtrak serviced and telling me who to see to help me in getting a spare set of keys and a small dent repaired on the side of the tray. 

They even washed and tyre blacked it as part of the service.

I have nothing but praise for Greg Manchester and his team based on their great support when we had troubles far from home. He went above and beyond to help us sort our our problems. Sincere Thanks.
