I just want to give a shout-out to Chris lions from Maroochydore jeep/Volvo. Exceptional Managent skills regarding our jeep service. A gentleman. Our jeep was cleaned and finished in time for us to head home. He organised a courtesy car for us during our wait. A beautiful experience in a Volvo x60. Thank you So much for the experience. What a great day. Great value and fantastic service. A massive thanks to Maroochydore Jeep/Volvo for today’s service and experience. Absolute 5star experience.
Great service. As someone permanently travelling it was great service from their service team to fit me in to diagnose the issue then order and guarantee a delivery window for parts. They were extremely helpful and pleasant not to mention they detailed my car while it was there. I Cannot recommend them enough. Great work great service.

Excellent service
Loyal to Jeep for 10 years, 7 years at Maroochydore. Last few years have been abysmal with the service department. Online booking system doesn't work - you turn up and they have no idea. Staff even tell you it doesn't work! Booked over phone next time, turned up, still nothing in system. Frustrating as always difficult to arrange transport. Icing on the cake is the lack lustre attitude of the service staff. Really miss the exceptional service it provided years ago with Mark Murphy as Service Manager. We were looking at buying a new Jeep but not prepared to deal with the Maroochydore business again.
