I’m not one to post poor reviews for businesses but I think this is for your own good. Came looking at car options for my wife a couple of weeks back. Wanted a rough idea of pricing and trade in options as we were ready to place an order. Salesman didn’t seem bothered about dealing with me by myself, pushing me to return with my wife so we can discuss further. I asked for an idea on prices to which response was “prices are on the website but sure we can do that”. Translation of “can’t be bothered but fine.” Anyway, after not much help first time, I returned today, with my wife as requested, to proceed, car ready to be evaluated for possible trade in and money ready to go. Only one sales person on from what I could tell and he was busy. That’s fine. That happens. We stood in the dealership waiting figuring someone will at least acknowledge us and guide us on best way to go about having a chat. Two blokes in uniform chatting saw us and didn’t acknowledge us once. Instead left us to stand there waiting for over 5 mins. One of the blokes then proceeds to walk to his office whilst looking over at us, again saying nothing. Like come on, at least greet us? Eventually we got the hint of “go away” and went away to another dealership. Agreed a trade in on our car and ordered our MY23 Kia elsewhere. Hot tip. The COVID car bubble won’t last forever. Eventually stock will be everywhere and you’ll need to make effort with potential buyers. Snooze you lose, cheers anyway.

I’ve just purchased a beautiful black Cerato GT I would like to say that the absolute whole experience dealing with Dale at Maroochydore was amazing! From my initial walk in, through the looking, ordering and receiving process I was made feel respected and valued. I was contacted by Dale regularly in regards to arrival updates and purchasing procedures. I honestly have never ever met a more sincere and caring sales person. I have lived down in Caloundra for almost 30 yrs and choose Pacific Kia Maroochydore for a reason. Dale, you are a really good man and I can’t thank you enough for making my whole buying experience so wonderful! I LOVE my car! Hahahaha Kind Regards L

Praise for Service Manager Glen and his team at Pacific Kia Maroochydore, their professionalism and attention to detail was superb. As a one car family the use of a loan car for the duration was a welcome convenience. I would recommend to one and all.

I would not recommend taking your car here. I had a major service done and the following day my battery was dead. Road side assistance did a test and clearly this was not looked at during my service even though it was listed that it was done as if it had been they would've realised the battery was essentially dead. Prior to this I had organised for a switch to be fixed. The piece of equipment now works but the switch still doesn't sit properly. So either the job was half done or just done badly. Either way when I rang to advise of my disappointment with these scenarios the only answer I got was 'Gee, I don't know how that happened'. Clearly, they weren't fussed and aren't ensuring any quality checking. I'll be taking my car elsewhere from now on. And given I'm also looking to purchase a new car I'll rule these guys out completely.

picked up my new kia on friday and am very happy with it and would like to thank Dale and Jami for their professionalism and how the car was presented to me with a big bow .  It dosen't sound like a big deal but it made me feel special.  And a special thanks to Jami for her help. I would recommend them to anyone.  Very very helpful Thanks guys

Pacific Kia were really nice to deal with. They let me review anything cars outside on there yard and I chose the sold Kia Cerato Sport plus hatchback in runway red. Would have loved to review the white Cerato GT but that was in the show room but I could’ve had the key to it if I didn’t start it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well done pacific Kia for being able to give me the keys to the cars letting me review your cars. Will come back again to do more reviews on lots more cars on your yard.

Great service until you sign on the dotted line. Multiple messages go unanswered or ignored by both the salesman and the dealership. Nit kept in the loop I really hope this is not an indication of the service i will get once i get the car

Good selection of vehicles on the lot. Les was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. Test drove the Seltos Sports +, awesome little car. Our second choice at the end of the day.

I received very poor treatment by sales because our company decided to get us a different and better cars... I guess we made the right decision! They were nice at the beginning but I guess it is all fake. Maybe invest in sales training!
