Mark and the crew at Sunco Chrysler are equal best of any service department I have ever been to. They have addressed any service issues with care and skill. I have been servicing my car there for over 5 years and couldn't fault them. They use genuine parts and have always gone the extra mile for me. Highly recommended!!

I have been using Sunco to service my Chrysler for the last 4 years. They have been incredible. It seems as if they look after my car as if it were their own. They always go the extra mile. Love your work!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Whatever you do, DO NOT get your Jeep serviced here!! The first time they repaired something for me, they very conveniently forgot to put the starter motor back in correctly, which resulted in parking fines because I clearly couldn't move my car. The second time they touched my car to repair the same issue the didn't fix in the first place, they just created other problems and tried to put the blame on me! They treat you like absolute dirt and will do anything to try and make money from you, they do not care about your safety or wellbeing at all. Untrustworthy is an understatement.

Mechanical Service Center here is incompetent .  Very disappointed with the poor workmanship. Also when you express your concerns to the service manager about your own safety, you are ignored or fobbed off , and they try and blame it on other items which are not even close to the problem they are responsible for. 
If you love your mopar DO NOT risk taking it here.  They have no idea about the vehicles they sell. 
Will not buy another chrysler ever because of the lack of knowledge and support from chrysler australia.
