Story

The Crick Auto Group was founded in 1995 and today comprises 12 dealerships representing 27 new car brands. Our dealerships are located in Tweed Heads, Rockhampton, South Brisbane and 8 sites on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Each of these dealerships are owned and operated by locals, employing local people.... over 610 locals in all.

Had car in for a service. Customer lounge now open for early customers. Barista coffee on offer. Courteous bus driver took me home and arrived at the agreed time to pick me up again.

I’ve experienced an extremely bad vehicle service from Cricks Maroochydore. 

When I dropped my vehicle off I specifically asked them not to rotate my wheels. When I returned after the service I was told they had rotated the wheels. Then after driving several hundreds of Kms I noticed a few wheel nuts almost falling off. Not 1 nut was tightened on my front right wheel. My whole family was put at risk after a service here on a part of the car I had asked them not to touch. I called the service centre and they offered me a small refund/credit for the poor service. 

I now want to use that refund on accessories and I’m told by the manager I’m not allowed. Their motto says - drive away happy. I think they need to look after customers better if they want to claim that.

DO NOT RECOMMEND> Everything about this place has been the worse service I have ever received. Our Triton is under new car warranty through them and if it wasn't, There is no chance we would have continued with them. 
Our car went in on Thursday broken down unexpected. They couldn't look at it till Monday I understand they were busy but with no replacement car or even an understanding that we were out of a car. I really do understand that these things happen but after I've called more than twice with different updates and messages- They never remembered who I was when I was getting an update and never knew anything about the car. the communication through the team is absolutely appalling. 
Then to call on Tuesday morning hoping to pick it up or get a car to get to work they said that they will call at lunch time. they then called an hr later with a report that the problem is solved and they don't know whats wrong with it, so again no answers. 
Not to mention the girls on the phone, you really need to get some customer service training I get your passing on messages and that can be hard but we have every right to get updates and answers.A bit of understanding goes along way  I've never been so upset with a service as much as this place!

Sold me what I would best describe as a lemon. Found a variety of problems mechanical and otherwise shortly after purchasing. Cricks grudgingly fixed a small issue (with beaten up second hand parts from a different model) as is their obligation under statutory warranty, then told me that they couldn't fix the other problems. Buyer beware.
