Story

The Crick Auto Group was founded in 1995 and today comprises 12 dealerships representing 27 new car brands. Our dealerships are located in Tweed Heads, Rockhampton, South Brisbane and 8 sites on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Each of these dealerships are owned and operated by locals, employing local people.... over 610 locals in all.

I purchased a Cricks owned staff/service vehicle, so it had never been owned by anyone. As soon as I got home I washed the car and to my amazement there was multiple cracks in the front bumper/grills as well as nuts missing. Also in a certain light I could see that there was sanding marks in the bonnet where it had not been correctly repaired.So straight away I knew the car had been in an accident and had not been fixed properly. But they still put this car on the lot to be sold and never mentioned it to me. When I spoke to the service manager he complained that he had already spent $5000 on that car and seemed un happy with the issue. They fixed the cracked grills but I still have a bonnet with sanding  marks on it. So even if the car is a demo or an ex staff car, make sure you inspect it thoroughly.

Extremely happy with the smooth, quick processes by both Sammi from sales & Daniel from finance. What a fantastic team! You guys are incredible. Well worth the travel from Rockhampton. Have recommended Cricks to many back home. Thank you guys.. one day I'll be back xx

This was my 3rd new Suzuki purchase, 1st time with Cricks. The experience was positive throughout, all of the people from Cricks were very professional, friendly and courteous. The car I wanted needed to be ordered from another location,  and this was done quickly and presented no issues. The various departments worked together to manage every aspect of the purchase, giving me confidence everything was moving smoothly. The final really helpful offer was to be picked up on the day my new car was ready, saving me from the dilemma of navigating public transport. Thanks Cricks, appreciate the professional way my new car purchase was managed.

I originally was looking at Toyota and more focus on a hybrid but a friends sister had a Suzuki jimny 3 door and told me to test drive. I called up and immediately there was one available on the weekend to test drive. Staff were friendly and I fell in love the second I drove the 2024 model. Sammi was able to answer every question I had, showed me all the features of the car and any little hidden extras that made me really want to purchase. She showed/told me in depth information too extra options for me to choose for example the corrosion protection which I’m glad was on offer. She was so kind and friendly, and didn’t push for me to book in. She made me very comfortable and even we joked around and were able to have a laugh. Kind, smart and very professional staff member. Tamara was amazing as well, she was able to keep me updated on the cars arrival and was able to show me some extra benefits to ensure my car was protected and checked my information over to ensure all correct. Friendly and helpful staff member.nDaniel, was awesome. So kind. Patient and got the job done. Not much fluffing around and so helpful with my loan and insurance, once again, was able to answer any question I had and make me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. Same again, great, reliable, smart staff member, able to have a laugh. The entire process was streamline, I didn’t feel pressured at all, I was able to declined products if I wanted too but Sammi and Tamara ensured I had the more important extras to protect my new car.nFrom signing that first piece of paper to driving out of the yard which she arrived a month early!! so quick! I was very, well extremely happy, overwhelmed with joy. I love my new Jimny XL and am excited for her to take me on new adventures. Also I got showed around the service department and my first service even got book in, ready and no hassle. Great team! Thanks Sammi for taking these photos !!

Brought a used Audi there in march 2023, for over $26,000 yes did a good review then, but lost my husband not long after and recently decided to buy what I really wanted so went back to cricks Maroochydore to maybe trade it in they offered me $10,000!! Hardly any extra kilometres on it still in great condition and  as it was busy that day Mick was supposed to ring me back about a trade in and didn’t even bother, bad service they must not like returning customers
