Don’t use this company as they don’t back up there work, seek alternatives. We explained the issue then after days of chasing an answer (no one had the balls to call back) Only to be told too bad so sad. Piss poor

Very disappointing service. First needed assistance in a warranty case with Rhino Rack but little to no assistance given by TJM Maroochydore in the matter and yet when I contacted Rhino directly myself matter was sorted in 2 minutes! Second instance was awaiting quote for roof racks on my Prado . 6 weeks later still no call back. Contacted Rhino directly again myself who were also very unimpressed at dealers lack of communication. again sorted by Rhino with costs in 5 minutes. Pretty poor effort in fact complete laziness. Must all be millionaires in that dealership as they obviously couldn't care less. They need to remember that most of the 4wd stuff is readily available and the only thing really separating one dealer from another is the service and after sales care. Sadly TJM Maroochydore has now lost my business and i will go elsewhere in future for even when the matter was brought to their attention they did not offer any apology or try to resolve the situation............. No hiding behind a keyboard from my end, Just fed up with waiting 6 weeks for Justin your employee to come back with prices and part number as was requested. Even the Rhino rep at the show rang him for a "please explain". I was also quoted $200 from Justin for a replacement bag, and yet the Rhino rep quotes me $80 initially until he heard my complaint and I showed him photos of the bag on my car. Then he offered to replace FOC. So NOT quite obviously or clearly my fault at all. So return to my point no apology from your employee, no effort to get prices over a 6 week period! Why would i want to converse any further with that service. I do not consider waiting 6 weeks for prices " delivery of professional service" . Insulted ..take another look at the situation it was the customer that was insulted and the customer who gave up and decided to take his business to the opposition mate.

I got my whole 4WD overhauled. The guys there were super helpful and the pricing was the best I could find on the coast. The 4WD looks mint and the quality of the finish is top notch. Thanks.

Went in to see these guys the other day in my Mazda BT50 and the boys gave me a real good deal and advice on some 4 be 4 Stuff - Highly recommend TJM Maroochydore to anyone that's series about 4 wheeling - Thanks guys
