This review is for the older female who tried to sold me the most expensive engine oil in the store i.e. $101 when plenty of other options were available less than $50.nnI purchased it in good faith only to realise I was ripped off.

This review is dedicated to an older female, brown hair, named Chris I was told.nnI explained my situation to her as my Bowdens Snow Cannon broke at the thread for the second time, she checked if it could be replaced, and assumed it was over tightened or dropped. It was not. The plastic was brittle and broke in less than a year after being replaced. That assumption was bad customer service and I would not recommend any customer talk to her.nnThe rest of the staff is very respectful and understanding, she was not. Her service was worth 1 star the rest of the store and other employees deserve 5 stars. That is my reasoning for 3 stars
Friendly and helpful staff, often great discounts. RACQ Members get 5% off minimum.
