I was very surprised and offended by the manager's attitude towards my husband, my brother in law, our friend and myself after being accused of shop lifting without any kind of evidence or apparent reason. Being young and doing things with a group of friends does not imply trying to steal from a store or shop. I am certainly not going to shop there ever again. I am convinced that this shop should be working harder on trying to provide customers with a better service as we spent there about 15 minutes and we were the only customers around.

I went in buy stuff for my car and the manager came over and accused me of shop lifting, good way to encourage new customers to the store. I will never shop there again due to the poor and rude service of the manager.

Manager was just plain rude. Has no knowledge of basic customer service skills. Very surprising for someone in a managing role.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service. It was incredibly rude of someone to accuse me of shop lifting. I will not be visiting again.

The manager of the store was very rude. When i asked about prices on one item as it seemed very expensive his reply was I do not have a gun to your head so you do not have to buy it. The store had no other customers I think the attitude of the manager my be part of the reason. I generally purchase all of my auto parts from REPCO but will never go into that store again. After reading several other reviews I am not alone in my experience.
