I was told they will not honour heavily discounted items. I ordered a Kincrome set and low and behold, they cannot supply it. Shady characters.

I’ve used total tools and Sydney tools in the past. These guys went above and beyond to get me the makita kit I needed for a particular job when everyone else said 2 month wait. Will definitely use these guys from now on. Awesome customer service

Matt and the boys at GTD Caloundra are absolute legends.  They know Joey is a mad keen enthusiast of all things tools and Matty always has a surprise give-away for Joey.  A great range of tools and I'd recommend anyone go there for personalised, expert and friendly service.  Also good to support the locals.

Extremely happy with the service that I got from the guys here. The range in store is awesome and Phil and Brendan went above and beyond to make sure I got the tools I was chasing. I've had bad experiences with other tool shops in the area due to being female but these guys so friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Soooo many tools and great assistance every time I visit.

Have had nothing but good experience with GTD Maroochydore. Have had a Husqvarna automower for just over a year. Will installed it for me within days of ordering and has provided me with great service any time there has been anything that needs checked or adjusted. Nothing is too much trouble. The service provided by Will has been as good as it gets.

Not sure if shop is any good but don't order online been waiting a month for my tools n no communication I've had to contact them after 2 weeks of waiting was told my tools weren't even in the country

Great help choosing the right tool.  Happy to move stock between stores so we could compare products in real life,  not just in a catalogue. Very happy with their service and honesty.

Been shopping at GTD for several years. Really happy. Always sound advice and recommendations. Tool repair has been good and responsive. Have dealt mainly with Paul, but all the guys are helpful.
