I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me today to find an iPhone charger cable and wall plug. I had come in to get this specific item on a quick errand. They asked me if I needed help, directed me immediately where to go, and then offered many little facts that I had never considered about the product. It was the most efficient and informative trip I could've had and with the best value for my dollar as well. Literally could not ask for more unless they'd handed me a glass of champagne to sip on while I did my shopping. cheers! for the great service.
Staff are always helpful in locating stock in the vast store and providing recommendations. They are also happy to price match, so I no longer bother going anywhere else. Well done!
Hadn't been in a JB store for some time. I found a completely different range of products in addition to that which I remember. Loads of household electrical equipment.
