Bought a Surface Laptop a few weeks ago and had the best surface from Shane (I believe thats what his name was). Great service and really helpful, definitely the best experience I've had when buying any type of product! Would buy my TV or anything from him :D

Another average JB Hi Fi store. Seem to have all the usual stuff in stock, and is a reasonably large store. Where its lacking is staff knowledge, they don't have the product knowledge which I would expect from someone who is selling these products. Also long waits to see a team member, or you need to chase a team member down to get help. A bit disappointing. Staff were nice when I finally got the opportunity to talk with them. 
Definitely room for improvement with staff.

Perfect service in every way highly recommend this shop for all my computer,drone,Apple and electrical cooking wear top work AAA PLUS,staff very helpful including Ben.

Ok so Darren "bad juju" is a fantastic salesman and his product knowledge/sales knowledge is outstanding. He beat all major telcos by $40 per month. If the manager is reading this don't let Darren go. Actually Darren should be manager or at least be looked after. Great bloke.

Waited in the Audiovisual section for assistance for 5 to 10 minutes store practically empty not one salesperson asked if they could assist. Was quite prepared to spend over $1,000 but will spend it elsewhere now.
