Was extremely happy with the level of service in this store. The two ladies that helped me were very friendly and went out of their way to help me find the right clothes for my husband! Especially Kim, thank you so much. I will be back to this store for future clothing purchases.

Sadly went into Just Jeans this afternoon at roughly 3.15pm after having a fabulous experience with them earlier this year. Three of the staff members were having a chat when I walked in, it took them around 15mins to approach me and ask if I was ok and did I need help with size. The manner to which I was treated in terms of body language, tone of voice and look by the staff was disgusting. I am a larger size woman and was left feeling looked down at due to this. I left the store and went to another where and I was validated as a customer and not judged and purchased 3 pairs of jeans. I will not be returning to Just Jeans Kawana after this experience.

I love the sizing and fit of all the jeans..always have great sale items and staff are always helpful.
