A big shout out and thankyou to Karma at the Rockmans store Buddina. You absolutely made my day I love the colours of the Rockmans Summer range of tops. Karma was able to assist me purchase a replacement for a very special but worn out favourite of mine. Not only one but two tops on special. Truly grateful. All the staff are helpful & pleasant always. Great store & Team. p.s. A stores in NZ be excellent for my friends.
Went there today 14/7/21 @4.39pm however the Maroochydore store was all closed up & lights were off. Yet I tried calling them many times today & over the past week but they Never answer the phone. Same with their Kawana store as well. So I called centre management at the Sunshine Plaza instead & was told that Rockmans listed closing time is 5.30pm. What an utter waste of my time, travel & expensive fuel.. just to go there. Never again! Spent my money elsewhere. All other stores in the Plaza were open until 5.30pm & busy. Check out "Product Review" for this company & how they muck customers around & with the no customer service or ever answering any phone calls. Unsure how they are still in business!!! Disgusting
I always go to Rockmans when I visit Aussie great shop good bargains only wish there was a shop in Christchurch New Zealand
The staff are very friendly and helpful and happy and friendly there is a lot of nice clothes to pick from, and it is great to see the ladies that work their are not young ones more mature age ladies who know what they are doing and talking about
I shop BEME that is part of rockmens and I love the clothes but not the service I am afraid the older lady is quite rude and needs nicer people skills I have actually reported her once before and she has not changed her ways the 1 star is for service but 5 stars for their clothes
