I'm a new mum and due to the size of my hips and my waist I've had trouble buying pants for months because absolutely nothing fitted in about 12 other stores. I went to the Kawana shop in which I was helped by one of the nicest sales men I have ever come across named Callum. Honestly I walked out with 3 pairs of pants after not even fitting into one in any other store. Callum was so lovely and so helpful. He knew the product and was able to make me feel comfortable in trying on things that were out of my comfort zone but actually worked and fitted. I appreciated his service so much and I will definately be back. Thank you so much

My husband and I and two kids went into this store yesterday and a lovely English lady served us. She was so helpful, not pushy at all just really helpful with some great suggestions, fantastic customer service, even tried to locate my favourite old pair of shorts went above and beyond.

This will be my go to place for Jeans from now on. The lovely English lady was so helpful, I ended up with 2 pairs of jeans that I fell in love with, it was such a great shopping experience & I really appreciated the quality products and service
