Today I entered the universal store in kawana and was met with one nice lady and one VERY uneducated nieve "little girl" who was extremely rude and pretty much called me fat while I was shopping with a friend. Myself and my friend both looked at each other in shock. Yes I may not "tiny skinny" like that sales girl was but I'm also not over weight either. In complete shock and really taken back by that comment I didn't end up spending the money I really wanted to in that shop today and I honestly don't think I will again.
I went shopping in universal store this morning in Kawana. Both girls were unbelievably helpful! They picked out 2 outfits that I would have never chosen for myself! And I loved them. They went above and beyond. Really appreciate great customer service when I get it ! Keep it up :
Just because my clients are dark in colour indigenous you don't need to litterly breath down their necks, watching their every move as they look through clothing. They ain't thieves . He Felt very uncomfortable and left the store very unhappy.
just because other people steal, doesn’t mean you have to go through our bags, call security even tho there were no clothes from that store on our bags lie and harass two girls, pull their shirts down and threaten us. you guys always do this and i’m sick! never shopping with this store again!
has awesome brands, but never have any stock. never every have any sizes i need only ever have small sizes, very disappointing if i ever want to buy something from universal i now just do it online cause my store never has an of my sizes
Nice place but clothes are not really made for plus size ppl
