Ordered a book online, super quick delivery! Very impressed with online ordering process.
Helpful assistant who explained the membership club. Although you pay to join, you get vouchers equal to the joining fee. I guess that's to ensure you buy all your books from them. The free postage for members for online orders could be a real boon.

Wonderful mannerism, friendly vibe and welcoming smile. QBD HEAD OFFICE, this is for you ..Why all the up-sell? I complimented the staff member being so efficient with her training... I also mentioned that it’s an over kill, it nearly ruined my experience. 1 more up-sell question & I would’ve left the books and bought elsewhere.
Always friendly and helpful staff. Picked up a few books at good prices. The staff helped me find what I was looking for and recommend a few as well. Always come back here when in the shopping centre!
This is a smaller store making it a little squishy however they still have a good range and the staff are helpful.
