Extremely unhappy with the customer service in store and quality of lotus tights. After speaking to someone online who told me to take tights instore and they will assist, the lady in store told me that the tights I purchased are only supposed to be used for walking/light activity and I explained I have only used them lightly and they are still pilling and parts of the tights are almost paper thin like my finger could go through. I requested a new pair and she told me there's nothing she can do I just have to wear them until the my fingers do go through my tights aren't even 12months old. Never purchasing from Lorna Jane again!
One of my fave stores to buy from ... the staff are lovely and I don’t find them to be too over bearing. They’re helpful in a distant kinda way, unless you want more assistance of course. Great job ladies.. Stay awesome
