Went to Anaconda Maroochydore with my two children 10 & 12 to get them sized up for bikes and I can 100% recommend talking to Aaron he is excellent with the kids and goes above and beyond to help without the pressure to buy. I ended up with 2 bikes, helmets and couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks to Aaron. We will be back to upsize next year for sure!
Outstanding service at Anaconda Maroochydore! Tom and Eva were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me sort out my online order. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to get service this good these days — thank you both for being so helpful and kind! I called Anaconda Maroochydore today and spoke with Kiara regarding a power lead for a Dune 4X4 50L single zone fridge / freezer I purchased on the Saturday prior. I experienced the BEST customer service I’ve had in many years. Not only did she check that it was in stock and advised me of the price, she went further than that and found that there was a promotion currently running whereby I could get this at no charge with the purchase of the fridge. I am so appreciative that she didn’t just stop at “it’s available and this is the price”!! I shop at Anaconda often and it’s always good service but this was great service! Huge thank you!! And the Fridge / Freezer is great too. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and has worked perfectly!
Boxing Day madness & Matt was a champion he went above & beyond to find both the reels hubby wanted & the right braid to fit. All whilst helping his colleagues. Thx Matt for ur service it’s truly nice to see some young blood with amazing service! Cheers
Brought back a Dune fridge/freezer with degrading rubber seals and dealt with the very efficient Deb, who was amazing. Brilliant customer service and she had a new one swapped over in no time and they even unboxed it for me. Thanks for a seamless swap no hassle exchange.
