I can't remember the last time I got such great service as I just got from Stef at Anaconda Maroochydore. She had answers to all my questions, suggested great products, and showed me what I could get in store and what I needed to order online. Overall Stef probably spent an hour with me and I'm really happy with my purchases. Thank you for all your time and attention.
Unfortunately we went in on the 23rd of June 2024 , and asked 2 different staff members for service and advice, both staff members didn’t want anything to do with us.nn1st staff member ,nwe asked if he knew much about the different inflatable life jackets , he said no . Long pause …. We asked can you please ask someone to help , he said maybe …. Asked on a walker talkie if someone could help and walked away with nothing else to say , and no one turned up .nn2nd staff member . .nnWe walked to the service counter and asked the employee for help with life jackets , he pointed over the to the corner where they were at that was it .nnWe were just so heart broken that we couldn’t get what we wanted and no one wanted to even to talk to us .nnI’m writing this report as I’m a manager of a Large retailer in town and I would really want to know if my team had acted like this.nnTimes are tough and should be trying to help and get as much business as possible ,nnUnfortunately due to this poor service and unprofessionalism of the staff we shopped else where and we’re able to buy everything we needed plus more .nnOn a good note the shop has a great range and tidy !!nnThanks for reading this and I hope the staff can pick up there game for the business .
I can't thank Scott and the team at Maroochydore enough. We recently purchases a camper trailer from the Maroochydore store. Scott gave us an amazing price, had it available for collection within days, provided us with comprehensive information, and delivered exceptional service. Scott went above our expectations on every level. I will definitely be going back there if I have any other camping needs. 5 STARS!!!!
Thanks to Paris! She helped me out with a gift voucher and did it all with a fun attitude. It's refreshing to see someone that goes the extra mile for customers.
Dene managed my determined mum of 78 years like a star recently when we visited the store. Thank you for your patience, positive attitude and ultimately your suggestions to get her on the road for her ‘better late than never’ ultimate adventure. He handled everything she threw at him. We will be back for tent training soon!
