If you want lived experience and the best customer service, Dene is your guy! We walked in with some idea of what it was we needed and after consulting with Dene he showed us all of our options including best performance, value for money and most suited. To Scott, Dean and the Team at Anaconda Maroochydore you guys went above and beyond for me today. Im up the coast here on holiday and the Dune 4WD fridge freezer decided it didn't want to keep the beer cold anymore, sad very sad.nWe rang these guys and they said bring it down and we will check it our for you, no trouble at all.nJumped in the car and headed off on arrival I saw Dean who pointed me in the direction of the girls at the registers.nThey quickly had a copy of my receipt and I returned to the back of the store.nScott had then arrived, we got the fridge freeze out plugged in and tested still no joy.nWithout any hesitation there was a brand new 75ltr fridge freezer in the back of the car and I was on my way all of 25 minutes.nGreat customer service and a great couple of guys, I will recommend them to anyone.nCheers guys, Dean don't forget to buy Scott that beer.nnCheersnGardo - Steve.
This place is fast becoming as big a joke of as BCF. It blows my mind that they sell things like the boat seat cushions but don't stock the screws required to install. I was told to go to whitworths. This happens all the time. Also, when you do ask about products, nobody knows anything. Everyone is hiding out the back. I will not be coming back. Absolutely pathetic.
Stock scattered everywhere over walkways. Clothes sorted in a super weird fashion mixing men's and women's on the same rack. Eventually I got too irritated figuring out what was what that I had to leave. Chaos.
