I went into Sleepy’s looking for a Gas Lift Bed. I was greeted by Michelle. She asked some questions on what I was looking for. She helped me picking out the colour of the fabric which was to style my bed. I had a few options, we discussed the best option. She also helped me pick out the best mattress. It was a great experience being served by her. Highly recommend going to go see her for all your bedding needs
My partner and I went into Sleepy's with no expectation or idea of what we wanted. Michelle was amazing and helped us every step of the way. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable straight away. We were able to try several mattresses before finally deciding on the perfect one for us.
We purchased a bed package of 2 long singles and a King size motorised bed frame. The customer service from Jacob was excellent, not pushy or annoying but helpful and informative. We opted to have the bed delivered and set up and the delivery process was hassle free and very good. We have been sleeping on our new beds for over a week now and are very happy. Had such a wonderful experience buying a bed and matress for my 16 year old daughter from Michelle at Sleepy's Maroochydore. We had been shopping around a lot and disheartened by other stores and their sales representatives. Michelle took the time to find out what we were after, our price range and allowed my daughter time to choose a bed that suited her comfort and my price point. Can highly recommend Sleepy's if you are wanting a quality bed, professional and caring staff and an all the facts and next steps.
Absolutely THE best service. Deb ‘fitted’ us up for a bed and checked things and asked us relevant questions that we had never been asked before. A true professional with a lot of knowledge about the best fit for buying a bed. We are 100% happy with our purchase. Would totally recommend going to Sleepys Maroochydore as the service and expertise of both Deb and Amy is second to none!!!! Excellent support and service from delivery guys too
Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. She has great knowledge of the products in the store and has a friendly approach. She also has a great sense of humour which was an added bonus. Sleepy’s was recommended to me because they take photos of you lying on your side, so they can check correct spine alignment and find the best mattress for you. Amar is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Sleepy’s in Maroochydore for great service and value.
We recently called a number of mattress retail outlets looking for a particular promotion that we had heard about. Jacob answered the call to sleepy’s and listened carefully to our enquiry and offered a similar ‘deal’. We went into the shop and Jacob went over and above in helping us make a decision on what mattress would be right for us. Jacob explained the various construction methods of the mattress’ the features and benefits and also unwrapped and moved a king mattress a number of times just to ensure we had made the right choice. During our whole shopping experience Jacob was personable, humorous, informative and helpful…. Good job, great service!
