Worst craftsmanship and after-market service I have ever encountered. Do not waste your time with Plush. You will wait over 4 months for your $4500 sofa to arrive, it will feel nothing like in the showroom. The springs will start to fall apart after a couple of weeks. The lumbar section will have zero support and destroy your back whilst the upper back rest will be rock hard. The premium fabric that the salesperson talked you into will start pilling after 2 weeks, despite paying extra for the 5 year fabric protection warranty. Plush, after many weeks of chasing them, will send an "independent contractor" to assess the faulty sofa, who will agree with all the major issues during the inspection, then later write in the report that only minor issues were identified and no refund will be issued. Of course Plush will argue that the contractor is independent but they also use the same contractor for all of their inspections, so he's doing well keeping Plush's business!! Regardless, there shouldn't be ANY issues with a brand new custom-made sofa with all of the premium options. So for weeks you'll keep on chasing and chasing Plush's "customer care" team, one person will say you'll get a refund then another will say possibly only minor repairs will be covered. But NOTHING gets followed up on. Apparently there are no Manager positions at Plush because you are not allowed to talk to a Manager. And so for months you'll keep sitting on a rubbish sofa that's ruining your back and spend hours chasing up the don't-care-team with zero response. Not once have they contacted us to follow up. Small claims and the ACCC is the next step seeing as they don't allow reviews on their social media sites.... I wonder why. Avoid this company of con artists at all costs and the costs will be huge!
I bough a Lounge and waited almost 5 months to get it and unfortunately it came with couple of defects including few stains. I went back to the shop to discuss and show the photos and was told to contact Care team over the phone. The problem is that no one answers the calls even if you wait over an hour on the phone. I then contacted the shop again and also the delivery Team as the "Care Team",is a completely SCAM and completely useless. Once the lounge came with defects I really believe I shouldn't have to contact the "Care Team" myself and it was they responsibility as i the product arrived with issues. Anyway 2 weeks has past and haven't heard from NO ONE regardless many calls and emails sent. I paid lots of money for this lounge and was expecting some sorte of quality. I feel powerless as the shops saying to call Care Team and Care Team never answer any calls. So think twice before you fall for this. Care Team should be only contacted by the client if the client make the stain or damage the lounge. If it comes with damage is the shop staff responsibility to adress the issue NOT the client.
Most disappointed!!! Bought a $6k leather recliner lounge 2001 , delivered almost a year later, nothing like the one on the shop floor comfort-wise. Been using it for 6 months now and we now need weekly Physiotherapy for back and neck issues. It’s like sitting with your bottom stuck in a bucket!!! Once you have sunk down into it, you can’t climb out . Have to get help. Had fellow out from Plush .. I didn’t expect anything despite the 10 year warranty on foam, webbing etc. he just said the foam had softened which is exactly the wording of the disclaimer on the warranty . Do not buy anything from Plush. They are deaf to your complaints once you’ve paid the money .
Recently purchased a new modular lounge, the in store experience was great but that’s where it stops, we had booked delivery for a Wednesday, Wednesday comes around and we didn’t hear anything about our delivery time, we call to find out what’s going on and they say it isn’t being delivered, we weren’t notified of that change we had to phone for the information. The following Wednesday our couch is delivered, however it is delivered with a rip underneath, a big black mark on the back and two missing cushions. We paid delivery for a couch that isn’t even complete, now no one will give us any information, we have an incomplete couch and no matter how many times we call we are told they have sent an email. How hard is it to make a phone call to at the very least chase up our missing back cushions so we have a complete couch.
We received our plush sofa a week back. We ordered it 3 months earlier. disappointed with finishing. It's not something you'd expect in a $10K range sofa. Also Plush delivery guys damaged our door. Still waiting for Plush to contact and resolve these issues. Update after 12 days with no response: Followed up today again, and they agreed to send a repair person to replace leg within 12 days time. Door damage was repaired today, waiting for another 2 days to see paint condition. Update: They fixed the issue with sofa. Great job!
Outstanding service from Kate Jordan who assisted me in my selection of two sofas. I was having difficulty with selecting the right colour and Kate offered without prompting to come round to my place with all the swatches to help make a decision. Outstanding service ! So refreshing to find someone passionate about what they do. Well done...I know its going to be a long wait but am looking forward to having my new furniture some time in the future...Thank you
WARNING! Do not purchase from this company unless you want to go around in circles for 6 months to fix an issues they are not willing to resolve or discuss solutions. They are not fair dinkum when it comes to customer service and has caused my wife and I nothing but a terrible experience.
I went to the Maroochydore store after looking online for 'comfy couches'. Plush had good reviews, so I popped in to have a look. The sales assistant Roni was very helpful, even moving small pieces of furniture around in the store so we could get a feel for what the couches would be like in our house. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new chairs

So disappointed! My sofa was 9 1/2 weeks over due and as I understand Covid played a part, it was still 2 weeks after I was advised the sofa was on the docks and should be booked for delivery in 5-7days as it just needed customs clearance until I received it. Everybody I dealt with from the sales people in Maroochydore, the purchasing department who never notified me of delivery updates until after I had followed up first, the delivery guys who never checked electrics worked or the sofa was correctly positioned, the warranty people were so polite but action was scarce to say the least. I had to follow up numerous times because of lack of communication - all departments as above have let me down excluding sales. I'm now awaiting a call back as the electrics on the sofa, when delivered, don't work - call back timeframe as I was advised is now overdue. Such a shame that excitement just turns to frustration!
