Amazing friendly staff, pointed out some great options on all the style chairs I was looking for. A great experience and thank you to the staff, didn't get the name of the girl but she had dark hair!!!

Went inside for 5-10 minutes but no one bothered to ask us what we were looking. 2 staff chatting in the middle counter..... not a good experience.

Staff too busy chatting at the desk to assist anyone. Sale advertised but when I enquired about a few items they couldn't do a better price.

Brought a king bedroom packaged was available for pick up that day and combined with a mattress and got a huge discount! Lady who served us was very nice (forgot her name) have always made sure that products are in stock before we purchase so we can pick up straight away. Overall quality built product and barely any assembly at all!

Store Manager told me to my face that it would be 5 weeks for two sofas. I asked him if it could be any quicker. He said "I say 5 weeks so you won't be disappointed. That's the maximum". Now it's 7 weeks and I still haven't got anything. You can't rely on anything they say.
