Very upset with Global Living at Morayfield We bought a leather 2 seater lounge from them in July 2017 and within only weeks one side of the lounge had collapsed and was very uncomfortable to sit on Despite expressing my concern to the store they refused to believe me. After several emails they agreed to take the lounge away and returned it after a week with a note saying..good news, there is nothing wrong with your lounge. Well , the lounge has become must worse and requires a cushion under and behind me to allow it to be sat on on the left side of it, right side is still ok. Global to not honor the 7 year warranty..they told me to go to Fair Trading..We will never buy from them again..They claimed the lounge was half price at $1300 when we bought it..wish we had never stepped foot into that store

Went to Global Furniture and was assisted by Dale. Knowledgeable friendly and not pushy. Gave me quality time and answered all questions. Highly recommend Global for your needs. Great place to shop.

Having hone through every furniture shop we found what we wanted at global. Staff were friendly and left us to look around. When we had made a decision the procedure was quick. And very helpful. Would recommend to all to shop here.
