The Good Guys in Maroochydore had a very good range of the appliances I was looking for on the day. Very pleased to find a package deal on toaster and kettle in the correct shade of light blue I was after and a very pleasing design by Breville. Both working a treat and of perceived high quality.nSurprised to hear the cashier offering to sale us an extended warranty package after all the adverse publicity of there fraudulent claim to protect consumer rights but this is obviously company policy and not the fault of the cashier.

Appalling service!nMum and I had bought a high end microwave in 2022. It broke a month before the warranty ended but they initially told me there was no warranty left although I had purchased in october and it had broke in september and it had one year warranty. September comes after october? I don’t think so, after a poor experience bringing the item in to be fixed with rude staff. I was left without a microwave for over 3 months and was forced to buy another one to use daily.nnBy the time the microwave was fixed on boxing day I had been away and couldn’t collect the microwave. I came in to collect it today and the admin woman at the the desk with glasses threatened that it would be tossed out if I didn’t go to the warehouse and get it right away….. a 700 dollar microwave. She also used quite cruel language  and I kept my cool and said thank you goodbye. WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING FROM THE GOODGUYS AGAIN, probably should report this to the ACCC.nnIt’s also come back in absolutey disgusting shape, the microwave is dirtier then it was dropped off

Thankyou to The Good Guys Maroochydore for their patience and customer service in processing our warranty claim.. Gabby and the team went above expectations to replace our 10 month old front loader with a new machine.  They even delivered to Gympie from Maroochydore the next day after sorting out the return to pick up the faulty machine.  Well done team!

Went into the store with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 12. I approached a sales consultant as mine approached me and asked about the sizes of the iPhone 12. Was told to they were in boxes out the back and I couldn’t see the size. No attempt was made to explain the size differences or comparisons to the iPhone I was holding in my hand. So I walked out the door, drove down the street and purchased my iPhone elsewhere. Don’t waste your time bothering with Good Guys Maroochydore
