I give one star to the customer service we received. The one star goes solely to the one out of about six reps who were working. The staff are not professional, except for the fellow who put some waterproof plastic over our tv after we purchased. We were treated rudely, and as 
if we were in their way. I would rather spend my money elsewhere, and will not be coming back.

Extremely frustrated in the way this company deals with faulty goods. We spent $850on laptop which is Acer campany on insurance .we just buy couple of months ago but it started Create many problems and shut down by self . I Called Customers Service. Rude customer service And they said we can do anything but we are under gurntee and they asked for extra $450 for repair really disappointed .never went again

Extremely frustrated in the way this company deals with faulty goods. We spent $3,800 on a Samsung SUHD 65" 4K TV + $350 on insurance. TV started to show marks on screen. Called Concierge Service. Rude customer service Rep. Didn't want to listen to our issue. I asked to speak to someone else. After sorting that out they told me they would be repairing the TV. Repairer came out and assessed the screen. Said no problems 7 day turn around from the time they receive TV. On the pickup day repairer called to say they would not be picking up TV.. Good guys are replacing the unit. Waited for call from Concierge. No call. Had to call them. They then advise it has been passed onto this store wait for call. Wait couple of days. No call. Called Concierge again. They told me to call store directly. Spoke to store manager he advised they have allocated a TV or pay $300 to upgrade to QLED 65". He advised the TV they allocated was as good if not better than our faulty JS8000. They sent out a MU7000 which is a $2,895 TV. I set up the TV and immediately noticed the lack of quality in picture compared to our old TV. Not as clear picture. Not as bright and has bad judder from fast motion. Looked up specs for both TVs from samsung website - JS8000 is a 2015 QDOT 120HZ Panel. MU7000 is a 2017 NON QDOT 60HZ Panel. Called store. Spoke to store manager. Told him we are not happy and we want the same spec TV. He told us it is the same as the old one and to upgrade it's now $350. So we paid $3,800 in 2015 for SUHD TV. QLED which is SUHD REBRANDED in 2017 is basically the same spec and priced at $3,995 but we have to pay an extra $350 because our TV has devalued over time and the QDOT in SUHD is a different QDOT in QLED. Agreed to pay extra $350 to sort this nonsense out. Manager puts me through to staff who advise me it is now an extra $450 difference.. Seriously!? Back to store manager. Asked for a refunded so I can purchase a TV from a different company. Was told he can't authorise a refund. Round and round and round in circles until he agreed to bring it back to $350.. So for a QLED Q7F 65" QDOT 120HZ Panel - we have paid a total of $4,150. $150 over the asking price at the store. We didn't want a new TV. We were happy with the one we had. Would of prefered our TV to be repaired than all this nonsense. Total time to sort out has been close to 4 weeks. Approx 11 Calls in total to Concierge / Repairer / Store. If you want customer service go and see Harvey Norman or JB HIFI.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
