Woolworths consistently offers a well-organized shopping experience with a wide range of quality products and fresh produce. Their weekly specials and rewards program add great value for regular customers.nnI’m also using Woolworths Mobile, which has been excellent. It runs on the Telstra network, so coverage is reliable, but the pricing is much more affordable. The added benefit of 10% off one shop each month is a great incentive and makes it even more worthwhile.
Parking can get a bit crazy. However, first 3 hours free.nnLove the marked down bakery items. Free fruit basket for kids. Sushi store inside alongside deli and seafood dept.nnToilets, male female and disabled/parents inside store.nnStaff are friendly and helpful. Close to home.nGood weekly specials. 3 click and collect bays for direct to boot pick up. Notifications and prompts for collection are good and timely. Can pick up some great deals and freebies on the Everyday Rewards app.
So many products marked 'available and in stock....but that is old outdated lies.nnDo not trust the store to have what is advertised or promoted.....even allowing for system updates it is a fail here.nnStaff are getting tired of apologizing for out of stock items that have not been instore for WEEKS.
What's the point on selling fresh produce if you're not open when the produce is still fresh? 9am opening is appalling
It doesn't seem to matter what time of day we come, finding none of these registers open is the norm, if there is one, there is a three trolley line up for it. Half the time it takes us 20-30 minutes to get out of here. This store needs to review what they are paying their CEO if they can't afford enough staff to keep registers open. There is something very seriously wrong with Woolies.
