I shopped in Woolworths Sunshine Plaza today and for the first time in a very long time in a supermarket environment I received customer service that far beyond exceeded the usual almost non interactive experiences that you get these days. Chelsea in the deli department has a warm smile and a very enthusiastic and engaging personality. Well done Chelsea you are a champion of all that is good.
Nothing on the shelves whenever we go in for what we need!! Best going to Aldi then getting the little bits from the Big Top click and collect or internal parking and access! This place is a nightmare. The trolley return is 2m long x 2m wide and located in one area of the entire carpark. Absolutely avoid if you can.
Woolworths consistently offers a well-organized shopping experience with a wide range of quality products and fresh produce. Their weekly specials and rewards program add great value for regular customers.nnI’m also using Woolworths Mobile, which has been excellent. It runs on the Telstra network, so coverage is reliable, but the pricing is much more affordable. The added benefit of 10% off one shop each month is a great incentive and makes it even more worthwhile.
The online shopping team in this store are great. My last 2 orders have been complete with no out of stocks and delivered in under an hour. Amazing. Thank you.
I haven't shopped much in this store because it is closer to my work - and further from home, where I usually Click & Collect. There were plenty of parking spaces, shelves were well-stocked and they had everything I was after. It is just a minor nuisance that all the stores don't have the same layout...it takes more time to find things, especially if you are in a hurry. Staff were courteous as always and the April Fresh Ideas magazine was in stock...yay!
