This is a very large & busy Coles. They have a great fresh food selection & I have always had no problems with their vegetables or fruit.  A very good bakery also. Only problem I have is with the staff on the self check outs. They hardly manage to smile, let alone speak!

Visited this store whilst on holidays and got everything we wanted to have a good time.  Good size store, very well stocked, friendly helpful staff and easy access from shopping centre car park.

Today I went shopping at Coles around 2:40 to 2:5121/06. The staff at the self-checkout counter seems like they don't want to help Asian people. She would rather spend her time talking to other employees than helping customers. We bought about 8 frozen ducks. and we asked her to help scan them because she only needed to scan 1 and then add the quantity which was a bit fast since we had to scan each one. But she told us very rudely that we had to go to the checkout where there was a cashier like we were bothering her. and that damn checkout has a very long line waiting. There was no damn sign saying we couldn't use the self-checkout counter because we were buying a lot of stuff we just asked her to scan the ducks, that only took her 2 minutes, the rest we can do it all ourselves . We have gone to coles in other places and they were all happy to help us . I don't know if she's having a bad day or what. But that's her job.  And her racist attitude is shameful  why do I say racist ? because with someone else she doesn't have that attitude like the way she does with us  . Please respect us. Because we are the same people. I hope that employee can read this review and please be ashamed of herself.

Been coming here for months now and you will be lucky to see more than two staff members for the whole entire store, massively under staffed and only ever one check out open unless you want to serve your self...nAverage wait time to buy a single lighter is 5 to 10 mins minimum, definitely don't recommend giving them your money

Went their this morning with mum they were late opening as it was 7:06am as they finally opened the lady told me to wait till the door was up but said nothing to staff members that walked in halfway opened like wtf the shelves were only half full the atmosphere was not pleasant rude staff one lady shrugged her shoulders when I asked for help like she wanted to help it was a sad experience fix the staffing all they do is talk and walk around doing nothing maybe they need train them again for customer service will not return shame on you
