During my visit, I found a plentiful stock of all items except for bottled water. The staff were friendly, and there was an abundance of fresh produce available. I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through their bakery area and ended up making more purchases than I originally intended.nnOverall, a delightful shopping experience!
I recently purchased Aveeno Baby Lotion from Coles in May 2025. After applying it on my baby’s skin, he developed a reaction. When I checked the bottle, I realised it had already expired in 2024. I was very disappointed that an expired product was still on the shelf, especially in the baby section.nWhen I went back to Coles for a refund, the staff just said I needed the receipt. I explained that I didn’t have the paper bill, but I knew the date and month of purchase, and asked if they could check in the system or guide me on how to find the bill through my Flybuys app. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and I left without any support.nI am really disappointed with this experience. I would strongly advise everyone to always check expiry dates carefully before buying from here, as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same issue.
One of the staff at the front Destiny recently helped me out when I left something behind at the store - great service. The store is also well presented with good quality fresh produce.
This is a very large & busy Coles. They have a great fresh food selection & I have always had no problems with their vegetables or fruit. A very good bakery also. Only problem I have is with the staff on the self check outs. They hardly manage to smile, let alone speak!
I get click and collect from here regularly twice a week sometimes. There is always something missing and we have to go back. Eg cans of drink, prawns from the deli, lids for sistema storage containers, large packet of toilet rolls. Things a thawed also by the time we collect. We have more like Click & Collect and then go back and Collect again. The service is lengthy the wait sometimes is ridiculous. Do better all round.
