Ordered via their website. There was a delay with my purchase being delivered (since it's probably a fairly obscure item) but they emailed to let me know and were very helpful. When it did arrive they had included another item for free as well. Lovely to deal with.

I went in to see if they had Mochi, and had to stop myself impulse-buying everything in the store. Friendly, smiling staff and great products, will definitely return for more 😁
