Normally ok to eat..bit expensive for what you get.But today's MOUSSAKA was not eadible. Lukewarm sloshy no taste ..even pepper and salt couldn't save it. I returned it after the first 2 bites ! Still got charged full price, but my tea was free. We will NEVER RETURN.!!!

This place isn't even worthy of 1 star. The service was slow, with only two staff and none of them were smiling. The wait was incredibly long even though it wasn't full. We went as a large group and NONE of us enjoyed the meals. They were extremely bland, especially the rice and meat. Everyone that ordered the mixed grill had a piece of köfte and ALL of them were off! We let one of the waitresses know and as soon as she went back, their attitudes changed. They didn't clear the table and the two waitresses stood behind the bar looking at our table and whispering between themselves. Also very expensive for a dry and tasteless meal. Would not recommend!

Ordered two of the vegetarian platters. Great amount of quality and tasty food served.

This place, is not worth one star and their food was not fit for my dog. What a shame it has gone downhill so far, as it was a trusted favourite for us, having had several delicious meals here  over the years. This is now history as we'll never return. The staff were rude, aggressive, disinterested and got our orders wrong. Food scraps were on the seats and there were many uncleared tables when we arrived, including the one we chose. One of the waitress approached us to clear the table Asian heritage and when we began to ask her some questions about the menu she then decided she didn't want to take our order, so palmed us on to another waitress - who took both our food and our drink orders without using a pen or pad. However, it was the first waitress with the attitude who returned to serve us only one of our drinks, not the other; so we asked her for this, then received two duplicate drinks. When we brought this to her attention, she said we had ordered it twice, obviously she couldn't have cared less. When only one of the meals arrived, again from the first attitude waitress - it was watery, flavourless, uninspired, poorly presented slop masquerading as Moussaka. It had been defrosted upon the same plate it was served on, with the telltale watery residue around it. It tasted atrocious. When we enquired about where my meal was she said it was 'coming', yet she returned soon after to 'double check' the order, clearly it had been forgotten, so we had to re-order it with the attitude waitress. When it arrived the other dish was also thrown on a plate with no thought about the presentation, was dried out, tasted awful and was missing several of the elements I had ordered. When we brought these issues to the attitude waitress's attention, she offered to fetch a manager then began to walk away, but didn't go rather tell us she hadn't been the one to have taken the order and that they were busy. There were three waitresses on duty and only four parties in the restaurant at the time, including us. Rather than attempting to fix the issue, she displayed complete contempt for us, then lost it completely, making a huge scene and telling us to leave the restaurant and never come back! We were unaware she had the authority and shocked at her audacity to do this. The senior staff member on duty at the back presumably management could have clearly seen the spectacle and heard her rant, yet did nothing. I would throw $100 in the street and keep walking, before I would eat in this food outlet again, please note I did not use the word restaurant. The staff here are the worst I have had the misfortune to have to deal with in 25 years. Do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth. Zero out of 10 for the entire experience, in short total rubbish in every way.

Mixed grill portions have gotten really small but the price has gone up. Been there three times in three years. Every time they stuff up. They should stop pretending to be a fine dining restaurant and just stick to doner kebabs. My chicken on the mixed grill was burnt and inedible. Told the waitress but she shrugged her shoulders. Would not recommend.

We always look forward to treating ourselves to this delicious food. Every few weeks, it's a definite lunch or dinner date. The staff are lovely. The restaurant is very atmospheric with beautiful wooden furniture, woven cloths, and low sofas overlooking the river. If we just feel like grabbing a quick bite, we can get a wrap at the side bar, instead of a sit-down meal. And if we've ordered big, but can't finish everything, they are happy to pack up some take-home left-overs for us. They also do a movie/meal deal. What's not to like?!

Waitress forgot to put our order in and after waiting nearly an hour another waitress came up and said that she wanted to confirm our order which translated to me that the order was lost. Very annoying. Ended up getting take away from the kebab section there. Not happy. Food was OK but nothing to comment on. May try there another time for service and food later

We don't often go to Plaza but when we do we always liked going to this restaurant but sadly the last couple of times we have gone it's been very disappointing. Waitresses were ok but the wait time and standard of food has dropped dramatically. We will NOT return.

Worst service ever by their staff in the Kebab section. After using Meat covered tongs for my vegetarian kebab I asked if there was meat on it and she said does that matter. And I asked her to make it again and that yes it does matter there is meat all over it. Then she fails to put on the extras we ordered and not even asking to put sauce on. However continued to ask if we wanted extra cheese. After being given the kebab without the tabouli which if you are getting a vegetarian option is important, I returned to counter and asked for it to be put in and the sauce. That I wouldn't order a kebab if it didn't have tabouli , she then back chats and said "you wouldn't order a kebab without tabouli" and she was going to pour all over the kebab. I then Said I do not want it anymore I want a refund, her manager said no from out the back. I asked to speak to manager and demanded a refund. Worst service ever.

Short staffed. Service is very bad. Food taste is alright and they need to work on a few dishes I felt that the mixed grill would need a dip on the side - too dry
