The staff here were young and innattentive. The provided tables were mostly piled with rubbish from previous customers and the ingredients tubs were on their way to forming some sort of combined salad. Plenty of opportunity for cross contamination. That being said, the vegan lemon chicken bahn mi I bought was delicious. Maybe a little small for $10 though. Could have probably eaten two of them.

I have had Roll'd times before but first time having it delivered via the Roll'd app.  I rang ahead before placing the order on the app to the store to check whether they put the dressing in the Goí salad as I was keep one of the two in the fridge for the next day. The dressings were packed in their individual containers.  Great notifications via email, app and sms with updates on delivery and eta.  A couple downers although plenty meat and unless recipes have changed to the beef strips as previously had the meat lemon grass beef goì was all clumped together.  The sweet potato fries were cold. A handful of the crab crackers hadn't expanded fully and weren't cooked and not edible.  On a positive note Hubby enjoyed his 3x BBQ Chicken Baos. We did eat all the fries, crab crackers and lemon grass beef goí. The shredded chicken goí i refrigerated overnight.

I rarely give a one-star review but today I did. It was really bad experience with my meal. Please make sure to train staff well before let them handle whole restaurant at night. First, they were nice and polite but with really poor food quality. I was a fan of this restaurant, it was one of my favourite meal in the plaza but today what I got was a cold pho noodle with chewy uncooked meat. A lady who ordered after us also got cold one as I could see she returned the bowl too. My hubby got a banmi which was just deep fried but dried pork belly and a few pieces of vege and I'm not too sure that's right with non cut shallot it was too long to eat.

I ordered The bun bo hue and 2 soldiers. Noodles that came in the BBH was super thick like udon noodles which is not traditional at all and very different compared to when i ordered 2yrs ago. The meat on the bbq chicken soldier smelled and tasted off and from one bite i had to throw it out. I used to love this restaurant but the quality of the food you put out is not good at all

Wow very tasty and super hot chilli  great outdoor area. There is a member club to join. Pork rolls are alway great love the crispy crackling.

I feel bad for the staff workers they are all legitimately 14-16 years old and look so stressed. Gave me the wrong amount of food and the wrong food. No sauces offered with rice paper rolls. Unclear wait times. Massive lines. Overall not to the standard of other Roll’d franchises. Owners need to pull up their socks and hire some senior staff. I went here once and the food was not fresh and tasted stale. Last week food was good but it sure was chaotic! I am not going to go in for a 3rd try : this has actually put me off food I used to absolutely love

I have been here so many times over the past few years. I’m not sure if it’s had a change of management but everything declined greatly. The change in the menu options are impossible to navigate as there is no options on the board anymore, I asked a question and got told to look at the paper menu in the holder. There were no menus, nor did she refill while I was there. Leads to more wait time because the person on front counter needs to explain all the flavor options to everyone. The food quality and cleanliness has also greatly declined. The amount of meat in the bao and other items are almost non existent. I had a the dumpling soup a few weeks ago and was that salty it was inedible. It just tasted terrible. The whole experience over the past few months are just getting worse.

Was very disappointed as the food is not cheap and quit small. Ordered food for it to show with two missing items no sauce for the sweet potato’s fry’s. Last time me and my partner ate there stands of hair was found all through out my rice bowl. Overall I think the staff are lovely however need more training and need to take cross contamination more serious.

Let me say, I looove Roll'd. My favourite food at the Plaza. Yesterday however was a real let down. The line to order was so incredibly slow, even though there was only 3 or 4 people in the line, so I ordered online, and just waited. Every single staff member was just so unenthusiastic, and moving sooooo slow. No sense of urgency on anything whatsoever, even though there was about 15 people waiting for their food. We waited patiently, even though we were in a rush that day. I even stood up by the pick up area, but no staff member even asked if i was waiting for an order. I just figured they were busy, and my order would be called when ready. The app still said "Preparing" so i didn't hassle them. Eventually, it got a bit ridiculous, so I asked a staff member if they even received my online order, and the guy said "Yeah, its just been sitting here. We don't call out names for online orders". What? How does that even make sense? I ordered food, and you don't let me know when its ready? Even though im standing right there? Why didn't the app say ready? So we got our food, and it was stone cold. Awesome. All the tables were filthy and covered in food, and although someone was trying to clean up, none of the tables were ever wiped. Visually its just gross to be eating on other peoples food scraps, but from a health standpoint its just unhygienic. Not sure I'll go back. Maybe the new Nguyen Brothers will be better at running a food establishment.  PS. No atmosphere in the kitchen, maybe that's why the staff were so bored and unenthusiastic? Get some tunes going to create some kind of atmosphere maybe?

Went here to buy a Banh Mi for my wife and I as we don't have a vietnamese eatery in my home town, so when I am travelling I always find a vietnamese eatery. I ordered 2 x Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi's which took a considerable amount of time to prepare as the young staff were mostly intent on talking to each other. The baguettes I received looked nothing like as advertised. They were missing coriander, pickled carrot and the  lemon grass. The roll consisted of beef, cucumber and some sauce. Absolutely the worst Banh mi I have ever tasted. I think this eatery actually needs to go back to the basics of Banh mi preparation and start again. I will never  visit this eatery again.
