My mum got the Caesar salad and was complaining about the taste, it smelt horrific and when I tried it myself the chicken was definitely off. She took it back and was laughed at by the staff who apologised and offer her a new salad. He explained all the salads had the same chicken in it, which honestly made the situation worse because she didn't want to eat any of the other salads as she was concerned about all the chicken being off. We sat in the food court for another 15 minutes while we ate our lunch and at no point did they replace any of the salads or even take the Caesar salad away. In fact the staff themselves wouldn't even eat from there themselves and got food from somewhere else for lunch! Really shocking response to a serious food complaint.

I normally love sumo salad but was completely deflated when I purchased my last meal. I asked for half chicken penne and half chicken basil pesto with walnuts requesting more of the latter. I receiving more of the penne and my chicken basil pesto all O got was mixed salad leaves with anout 3 small pieces of ricotto and absolutely no chicken and not even a slither of a walnut????

Normally, I don't like salads, vegetables or anything healthy... But damn! These guys make amazing salads! Definitely my favourite place to eat at the plaza.

The food I was served cannot be passed off as salad and it is almost inedible. Salty, greasy and lacking almost entirely in vegetables, apart from some slimy capsicum. Surely you can do better than this?
