After placing the order the first thing they do is grab your icecream out of the box and leave them on the bench to melt along while you wait for the rest of your meal to be prepared. Then you get handed a bag full of lopsided cheeseburgers dry chips and rubbery nuggets. Also find it stupid that if you upgrade the drinks on the stunner deals to frozen coke it costs an extra $1 - the frozen coke is $1 by itself so you are basically paying more to delete a drink from your order...

Ordered breakfast meal, didn't get it, I went back reordered and waited, they still hadn't made it. I was then told breakfast was now finished by the manager and I would have to have something else. I also got cold coffee and a melted ice- cream. Stuffed my order right up and refused to correct it. Poor form!!!!

Customer service needs to improve. Took over 5 minutes to be served when there where no customers. No apology from staff member
