Came in a couple of weeks ago for the first time. Kelli was so helpful and polite when taking my order. The churros came out perfect and crispy and my hot chocolate was beyond gorgeous. Even the staff may be young, they definitely knows what they're doing and the manager must be doing a great job in teaching them. Definitely recommending to my friends and family ❤❤

Mum and I love going here to grab churros and the berry and pomegranate smoothies (they are the best!!). One occasion my mum got her churros, but the cake I ordered took longer which was weird cuz it was premade unlike the churros, but it's cool! I'm not too stingy and I understand how tough it can be (especially since it was on the late night christmas shopping night). Otherwise we love it!

Best chai almond latte i have ever had. I was served by a barister name Julie. She is the only one that didn’t split my almond milk and that’s hard not to do. Other staff were friendly too.

The last few times I have been here the staff have been much friendlier and more polite! I highly recommend the mochas and chocolate lava cake. Amazing every time!

Expensive, very slow and wrong order. Their basic item, churros for two took 30 minutes to deliver. I had to ask the staff to check our order twice. When it finally came there were 3 churros instead of 6. Very young staff and overall issues with cleanliness. Unfortunately not worth the $15 we paid for.
