I've always had nothing but fantastic service from the coffee club team, and they've always served an outstanding brew. I'd definitely recommend them as your new coffee shop!

The owner of coffee club is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was served a plate of frozen fries and they would not rectify the situation. Very disappointing. The coffee club at Cotton Tree though is AMAZING!

The owners are extremely rude. Every other coffee club I have been to has been great, however I experienced terrible service at the sunshine plaza coffee club. My family were sitting at the coffee club and had ordered food and drinks, some of the kids had some Boost Juice, and the owner told us the kids with the boost couldn’t sit at the coffee club and had to leave!.

We have a coffee club card thats been renewed but we have an expired version with the same number. A staff member named Troy got in our face and was rude, disrespectful and obnoxious about it even though the card went through. If not for the loyalty card we would never go back.
