I purchased a Stovetop Bialetti 6 cup and Private blend coffee, I did not get the name of the male staff member who served me today but I want to express my appreciation for his outstanding, professional and extremely helpful attitude towards myself, he advised on coffee blends that suited my preferences and made my day if for no other reason than his refreshingly great attitude towards customers. Good service should always be rewarded, when I am after more coffee I will be back there and recommend others. Kate

I take my merlo everywhere as you might see by some of the photos. Great choice of coffee's lovely staff each one has there own special way of making it. Chelsea is one of my favorite but they are all great. At the sunshine plaza store.

So good to finally have a Bar Merlo at Sunshine Coast, but you need more staff and better work flow. School holidays at sunshine plaza, morning tea in food court and one barista(who was also waiting coffees to tables), one taking orders, and one other leaving to get supplies. 8 lined up at counter....... after getting my beans and then awaiting a coffee for 12 minutes gave up and went home to brew my own delightful Merlo. Come on guys, more staff and better work flow and you will nail it. Otherwise you will kill your workers and our experience.

Just love their coffee here, always consistently good but still I think Starbucks is still a little bit better, and that's only my opinion
