Thye were stupid busy the other day and could see that i was patiently waiting. after a long wait the saw me and knock up the coffee then and there, and gave me a freebie voucher. I used my freebie voucher and they were awesome about offering it to be.... i was expecting them to grizzel a bit, but no. Well done. service like this is valued.

Even a small coffee didn’t have any taste of coffee 🤔 went back to sort it out, but was only met with attitude and an unwillingness to fix the issue. Won’t be going back.

Worst zarraffa's coffee we have ever had. We think they forgot ​to add the coffee. I stick with zarraffas and Merlo because you are usually guaranteed of a certain standard of quality but the sunshine plaza store seems to be the exception. My husband took his back and they did offer to make him another one but he had lost interest. I left mine at the table untouched after the first sip.

There were 2 girls working there at 5.30pm yesterday, the girl who served us was fantastic & very pleasant , we sat at a table that was out of the suns glare but was still uncleaned, I asked for a damp cloth but was told by the other girl she would come & do it, when she came out she did a half hearted effort on my friends side of the table & ignored my side altogether then walked away, I called her back to do my side & her response was "are you serious" I then took the cloth & wiped the whole table properly, she rolled her eyes & walked away, if it were my business she'd be retrained or fired
