I here at Maroochydore store now. I have ordered 10 tenders and the regular chip. I waited for 20 minutes but my order still not ready.I came and asked Judy the register at this store. She told me that I have to wait because they have many ordered or run out of time. The way she talk to me is not very polite and very loud. I happy to wait if you tell me how long I need to wait when you took ordered. Thank you
We Went through drive-through . They really couldnt hear us to well at the speaker, they got the order right. However we had to repeat the order at the window for minor adjustments,The food was just not hot enough, i love kfc when its fresh and super hot! The lady at thr window was nice and polite though
Did buy a zinger box with 10 chicken nuggets, chicken nuggets were under cooked and cold, the burger patty wasn't great enough though, 2 boneless piece's one was too small and other one was decent sized but cold. Not a good experience at all. Hopefully things get better .
Ordered 10 nuggets and was told to park in the waiting bay, 40 minutes goes by the drive thru was actively moving and still no nuggets. I finally went inside and the crew were standing around and having a giggle. They said sorry for the wait and gave us the nuggets when we checked them in the car they were old and soggy. Very disappointed and loosing faith in this store.
Ordered the Family Feast, the chicken pieces are oily and so small. Definately not a feast. The chips are old and cold. It's not good enough when you pay $40.
