Ordered the Family Feast, the chicken pieces are oily and so small. Definately not a feast. The chips are old and cold. It's not good enough when you pay $40.

We Went through drive-through . They really couldnt hear us to well at the speaker, they got the order right. However we had to repeat the order at the window for minor adjustments,The food was just not hot enough, i love kfc when its fresh and super hot! The lady at thr window was nice and polite though
Order was wrong. Drove back. No apology. No fresh food. Just added the missing items. Unbelievable when you guys made the error. Food was good however but tenders weirdly tiny and overcooked.
My first ever bad review. Spent just under $100 on KFC delivered to my workplace. They didn't send the drinks. When I called up about it I was told there is nothing they could do about it, and they were too busy to do anything, so call back later. Extremely poor customer service, very disappointed
