A lovely renovated RSL. Maybe better for dinner for the younger crowd..but lunch was still amazing re good. Hubby enjoyed the roast and I thoroughly enjoyed the new Coconut Poached Asian chicken. A must try! Staff were great, checking on you. Give it a go!
Overall a nice club & a good experience over our 2 visits.nnLarge club with pokies off reception but very discrete & don't need to go near.nnA large sports bar/tab area off reception but again very separate & private - lots of screens but quiet & has own bar.nnA cafe & separate bistro with both areas serviced by main bar.nnStaff in all areas were great - bar staff remembered your order.nnWe ate in the bistro & unfortunately one meal was not up to expectations. Raised with staff & issue sorted. Table service applied.nnCafe served deserts & coffee. Both good.nnDrinks seemed fairly priced as did meals - burger came with a free drink which was nice.nnParking across road or on street.nnOverall nice spot.
We went to RSL Maroochydore last Friday and we have dinner , my partner and I order this Barramundi with beautiful salad on the side , thenBarramundi is Fresh and Tasty we both enjoy our Friday night ..I’m highly recommend this to our Friends and Family the Best Fish I ever have for a weeks ..
My steak was perfect. Food service was great. We love the new procedure that we get our orders taken at the table.nHowever- One bar person is too busy to serve me -he was more interested in picking up bottle tops - I was the only person at the bar. He should not be in a bar he should be out the back cleaning up cause he’s not interested in serving customers.
Went for lunch, picked up by courtesy bus. We ordered steak which was lovely. Staff were friendly. However the RSL lost 3 stars for not operating the TAB. My husband loves to place a couple of bets after lunch. We walked in and it was closed. Very disappointing since the pokies room was working and full of patrons probably because that's guaranteed income and lots of it.
