Was easy to shop. Staff were friendly.
A large sized anchor store in the Big Top shopping centre. The store is currently going through an extensive structural change. It's becoming an automated estore catering to the online ordering side of the business.nPeople atm are struggling to find things with the changes taking place.nPlease be patient, it will be great when complete in the new year.nIt had an upgrade of new shelving and data strips earlier in the year which made for a much fresher shopping experience.nThe staff are being really great in assisting customers to locate items.
Not a very good experience today waited 40 min plus for a chicken even know they whete ready just sitting there as no one knew how fo use the labeler 4 different staff member .tryed
Well i went to bakery section to buy some bread but couldnt see anyone and u went to bread isle and asked kne of the TM if they can help me findnThe product.nI always in a week buy that bread in lotnOf quantity. I told her i always get that bread from freezzer. But again oldlady was refusing tonhelp me and said i dont know where freezer is. She told to me go to checkout and ask for help.nWell she was topping up bread isle. I always ask for help for that bread and i always get it. I dont know why broiche for 4.95 is not stocked on the isle.nI m very much dissatisfied disappointed with the service that i got today.
Used to be our favourite store, but no longer. No roast chickens after 5pm. The other Woolies nearby had chickens but not much else - see photos. Coles seemed to have overtaken them. Even Marketplace IGA have better stocked shelves.
