Unbelievable zero service, wait for months for an order that was meant to be in stock. poor customer service cannot deliver what they say they can and very slow to refund when they are completely in the wrong. beware
When we had a problem with some benches from Remarkable Outdoor Living, their customer service was beyond excellent. The issue was dealt with immediately by April in Sales in a way that was completely satisfactory to us, and she followed through on communicating with the supplier, and with the Maroochydore store manager, Wes, who organised replacements. I highly recommend this company on account of their commitment to looking after their customers, and to supplying quality products.
Great quality outdoor furniture. Costs a little more initially but definitely worth the investment. Comfortable, looks great and reliable. We have 2 concrete tables and outdoor chairs and love all of them.
Quality,contemporary and well priced,Maureen at Marochydore was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable with a lovely energy
