This is more a review for Ravi, who works in the menswear dept. He recently helped me purchase a suit and his customer service was first class! Really easy to deal with, relaxed, polite and made the process easy and enjoyable! The shop didn’t have the jacket in my size so Ravi found it at another store and organised the delivery to my home. Well done Myer for hiring Ravi, pass on my thanks and make sure you hire more like him!!
Great range of stock. Excellent staff, helpful and polite. They even assisted me to find another shop that I need to go to after purchasing some trousers. Prices are reasonable when they are discounted.
Great range of stock in store. When there are discounts, I find that is the best time to go shopping at Myer - especially for clothes. Very convenient having everything in one shop.
Spent $850 at this store and Karen, who was serving me didn’t even said thanks when I paid my order. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service. Shop itself is good, has lots of variety
Parking area was partly closed so the area was chaotic. Why you'd close part of the parking at the busiest time of the year is showing total disregard to loyal shoppers. I won't be back again in the foreseeable future. Myer was generally disorganised and the pricing of Black Friday sale items was poor.
My experience with Myer has been disgraceful. I have tried multiple times to contact them for a refund of a returned item but have been unable to get through. I have been trying for a week now to get through and hung up on 5 times just today while supposedly being transferred to the store as there is no direct contact number. This has been a most stressful and worst shopping experience I've ever encountered!
2.30pm Friday - no staff working Estée Lauder. All other concession staff refused to serve. Requested the store manager or department manager to attend, nobody showed. Wasted 25 minutes of time, went to David Jones and bought the item straight away Don’t waste your time by going to M
Bought a shirt during Christmas shopping. Ilona served us. As the receipt for our purchase was printing my partner asked for a gift receipt as it was a present. Ilona looked at us like we had just asked for something ridiculous and said "It's a bit late for that", and "You need to ask us earlier", gesturing towards the receipt as she did so. Ilona never asked us if we needed one before completing the transaction. I don't think it's Myer practice to put knowledge of the steps in the transaction process on the customer and both my partner and I left feeling awful that a customer service rep would put blame on us for not knowing at what stage of the process we should ask for a pretty common request during Christmas time. If you want to put responsibility on the customer a sign would be nice. Ilona did provide the gift receipt while continuing to educate us on when to ask for one.
