The ladies working in the makeup and perfume area today were so helpful, it's not easy to look and feel like a normal human being when you're a new mum and they were so lovely and helped me out heaps. ❤

Unacceptable!!!passed today to get a sample of the new YSL foundation and a day cream and the lady from YSL passed me to an other ladt from Chanel named Jenny to help me . She had no idea about the foundation and she said sorry iam not working at this counter so u dont know where everything is i cant find any sample jars to give you. I said ok. I said i am happy to get a sample of Chanel day cream instead of YSL and her answer was "am so sorry i dont give samples to anyone just the people who purchase product from my counter. Wooww sooo how am i suppose to buy a product that i havent try before? Find people for your counters who have knowledge of what they doing and they are happy to help customers. !!!!!!! Really disappointed !!!

Nice to browse around and looking at the expensive stuff in their store.Mostly unaffordable for most families budget.

Went to buy a special bra as I have had a mastectomy from breast cancer and the young lady that I saw was not very helpful at all she didn't really want to help me I was in tears. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Made me feel so ashamed of myself.

The lady's in lingerie department were nothing but super helpful! I came in for a lingerie fitting for my bridal lingerie. This was the first time I've been fitted and the staff were helpful answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect set that matches my wedding dress.
