One of the biggest Big W that I've been to. Love the garden section and the plants. They have a huge selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for everyone at affordable and reasonable prices. Attractive displays, fully stocked shelves good customer service, wider aisle, refreshing and clean look and heaps of bargain items makes exploring and shopping here, a joy.
Today I came to get some helium balloons on the 25/11/24. I came between 1pm-2:30pm. The girl how served me for the balloons was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I am not sure of her name but she was just gorgeous she did everything she could to make sure I had the best experience. She even gave me a few extra balloons incase some didn’t make it to my destination. She was absolutely amazing I void of fault a single thing she did. She made sure I was well informed about transporting them, I knew how to get them in and out of the car and the best way to carry them. She helped me pick the colours and honestly gave me an outstanding service!! Thank you for lighting up my day girl, you’re definitely a valuable employee nnHere’s a photo of my finished product with the balloons!
DO NOT BUY FROM BIG W MARKET PLACE. Originally bought a product on the big w market by thinking “if I have issue with the product, I can just return at the store” when the product didn’t meet my expectations. Went to big W. Been told it’s “market place product so we can’t do anything in the store” so they told me to contact big W market place directly. I got email that I would like to share EVERYONE. They said “they need restocking fee of $66, shopping cost $180. So amount you will receive is $22. Product was $200 approx HATE BIG W
If u buy online from their web some of their items are from third parties so they don’t offer refund or any protection, very dodge way of operating, be careful! They denied my refund, have been told to process it with a third party even if I bought it through their website…
You can find almost anything from clothes to home appliances. Not expensive as other supermarket giants. For first time buying or just buying to last for months to a year it's better place to shop around. For example, the same kind of shirt will cost $60, which is $25. Material is not 5 star but not less than 3 stars for the price offered.
