Great service from Luke, great range. Harvey Norman have really done a lot of work making their range and pricing relevant. Great stuff!

Know your consumer rights prior to purchasing anything from Harvey Norman - MacGregor. Should anything happen to the goods that you have purchased, they will purposely misinform you of your remedies and try to give you no other option except for store credit and/or exchange (even when they don’t have stock to make the exchange). 

Also don’t bother getting any help from “Melissa” unless if you want to feel completely less than human. Should you request a refund and you have to deal with Melissa, be prepared to be treated like scum of the Earth and have her stare at you in such a scathing way like you’ve just robbed her of all her happy memories.

Did not buy anything from here, just collected an oven. Very nice store guys, quote helpful and prompt too.

Terrible service. Went to check out a fridge and we spoke to 'Mark' about a LG fridge that was listed for over $3400, which the same store was selling for just under $3000 a week ago. RT Edwards was selling it at the time for $3050 so we asked for price match and he even rang RT Edwards in front of us to check stock level saying they are the only ones who stock these fridges in QLD as it's been discontinued by LG. Afterwards, he took down our details and told us he will call us after speaking to his manager the next morning. As expected, we didn't receive any follow up call from Mark the next day. 

I didn't even bother following up with Mark as I knew he was a time waster. We just went to the Good Guys in Loganholme and asked for price match. Unfortunately for us, RT Edwards price increased overnight to $3595. However, Fabian at the Good Guys was nice enough to still honour the price match and we ordered our fridge at a price we were happy with. They also had more of these in stock so what Mark was telling us about how they are the only ones in QLD to have this fridge in stock was a complete BS.

Thanks for wasting our time Mark. I won't be shopping at your store ever again.

Clive Peeters Laptops were better deals then Harvey Norman same with appliances and cleaning.
