Kmart

One of my favourite stores to bring my family to. Affordable and so much variety. Self service options and counters, I love the layout here, it's easy to navigate. Just a suggestion tho on changing the front wheel of trolleys as it manoeuvres to one side when you're trying to push trolley straight

Unhelpful staff, ring up to find out a product to see if they have them in stock as it shows they do online. I even have the SKU number ready to give them but without looking the staff straight away answered "no sorry we don't have them" on the phone before go and look. Very disappointing customer service.

This kmart is probably one of the best ones around by far. The set up of the store is really organised, you can easily find things. They always have the items I need stocked up, compared to Mt Ommaney's Kmart, where they never have the items I need stocked up, so I end up going to Sunnybank's Kmart. The layout of Mt Ommaney's Kmart makes finding things harder as well. Love the staff at Sunnybank's Kmart, they are incredible helpful and friendly.

Staff at door made me feel pety and cheap by making Me open my bag and unzip multiple pockets.
