The guy who helped my son get his soccer shoes, shin pads, and socks just in 20 minutes as we were on the way to his first day for the sport. Sorry mate, I asked your name to so I could acknowledge your exceptional service here but you know who you are. Let the Manager know.
Been here twice in the past few months. Both times the service has been very poor. Staff seem unwilling to help or give much advice. Both times the store has been almost empty and I have been the only one in the line and waited for way too long. The first time two staff members were engrossed in helping a customer with an extended issue possibly a return and even after they saw me they completely ignored my presence. If you come here to shop you'll just be a nuisance to the staff.
Always greeted when entering the store !! basic retail but most other shops don't do it ! Went to get some running shoes and the lady staff member was excellent! She knew all about the sizing ranges, cushioning and brands. I will be back to get another pair and her name.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm not sure if things will change now that they have been bought out by Rebel Sport, but they have always generally had better specials on old season shoes. Also much much easier to find a park here than have to tussle with the likes of Westfield Garden City.
Went to this store to Purchased an item put on hold by indoorroopilly store. 2 female staff at front counter serving a male customer. I waited in line, for service. To my surprised, A male customer in black jacket walked up and was served straight away by Jade. After he paid, Jade just stared at me and walked away and chatted with the male customer in front of me. Really?? What kind of service is that? I waited and again no service. No other staff came to offer help either. I was so unhappy, I left. I will go somewhere else to buy the product I was after. No customer service at Rebel Macgregor.
Service was terrible.No one came near me when I was looking for a particular product .Found someone and asked about football head gear Wanted to make sure sizing was right but he wasn't that interested so I left.Wouldnt recommend.
Awesome costumer service! Brother had his wallet stolen with his rebel gift card inside- went in pretty hopeless with dates ect.. but the lady was super patient- in the end found it and walked out happy as Thanks Megan
Good retail service from a chain store. Retail like this promotes the relevance of retail in an online world. Keep an eye out for the specials as well. Some really outstanding prices
I called to ask if they had an item in stock. Georgia on the phone said that they did. I went in there and no one knew, including Georgia, what the product even was. They ended up not having it in stock. Wasting a trip to the store for me. When a customer calls specifically if you have something in stock you should check if you're not sure. Was really poor form in my opinion.
Customer support is very good. Being outside of the shopping centre not too many peoplel is hanging around there, so you might enjoy shopping there.
