I wish I had just gone to this store first. I'm a nurse and I struggle with plantar fascia neuropathy . Not only did Gilmour's range cater to my small size and wide width feet, I actually had choices. I almost cried with relief. I've searched for almost 2 years for shoes that I could wear virtually pain free. The fitter/customer service assistant I had, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was lovely to deal with. I'm definitely a repeat customer. Thank you
No stock of the sale shoe in the colour that I wanted in my size lady did look up to check on computer but I was told only 3 colours available in my size I did ask if more coming in yes was the reply but could be 2 weeks or end of month no asking for my phone details or a time bracket for me to check or no putting aside sizes being 39& 40 when stock arrives for me to be notified I know they won't be a sale price so as I had driven from sinnamon pk in peak hours traffic I came away a bit unsatisfied thanks

What you get from Gilmores is fantastic, friendly and professional good old fashioned service with so many beautiful and comfortable great quality shoes to choose from. It is very easy to see why Gilmore's has been in business for nearly a century. Thankyou very much Susan for all of your great help and advice. I travelled 3 hours round trip to go to Gilmore's and it was certainly worth it, I highly recommend.
This is a very professional shoe shop. The staff are have great knowledge and you don't feel pressured to buy. Excellent customer service.
