Friendly and informative staff. Well priced and great fun. Kids loved the rock walls, free fall and laser tag but there was so many different areas that their 2hr session went quickly. It's a pretty big area so generally the little kids didn't get in the way of the big kids
Great staff who explained the rules quickly and efficiently to my very excited 7 and 9 year olds and got them to tell them back what the rules are to check understanding. Great equipment easy and fast to use especially the rock climbing was awesome! We booked a 1 hour session, x 2 lots of the 4 person deal for my son's birthday party and 1 hour was just enough time to do everything including laser tag which the kids loved. Half of them were done after an hour anyway as they were so exhausted. The kids had a great time. Highly recommended. Great value for money, especially the 4 person deal.
Fun, safe, reasonably family affordable and has decent food/coffee for the longer afternoons! Great place to wear out the kids! Decent amount of free parking. Easy to find location. Staff friendliness was alright - the ones that were brilliant made up for the ones that needed to find their smile. Store was clean and tidy including bathrooms. Added bonus- they also do homeschoolers rates weekdays during term only. No fee for adults unless they’re playing too. *If you/kids are sensory then remember the headphones as the loud music may overwhelm. Highly recommend and we will be returning! Enjoy!!
Today was the first time for us to come here. My kids are normally very shy, but the staff were so warm and friendly. She helped encouraged my son to climb and jump off the equipment, which he did. We will definitely be coming back
My grandsons had the best time ever. 2 hours of absolute fun. The staff was so good. Young girl took the time to show and encouraged my youngest grandson to jump off the highest board he was so happy when he finally did it.
Great place for kids having fun here .My son loved it so much .They have lots fun here ,great food and great services. Definitely recommend to everyone .
Took a school group of 30 students here for an excursion and found the staff to be very welcoming and accommodating. Good facility with lots of different activities on offer. Jump wall, rock climbing, ninja course and dodgeball. Had a great time and so did the kids!
Booked a party on Friday for a 11 years old with a group of 10 kids and it was great. Our host was very nice, the kids loved their activities and our reserved room was ready for them to have a break and eat. All went really well.
The open feel this indoor complex offers is really well done. It definitely caters for all ages and all abilities. Staff are really well engaged and show a genuine safety aspect for everyone. The toilets are well maintained and clean, and the seating arrangements really allow those that don't wish to participate to still be immersed in the surroundings. Pricing of the Bounce is reasonable and costs of food are equally on par with any other complex that offers the same standard as this place. There is the X Park which is a challenging obstacle course that is really impressive and well maintained. Then there is the Wall Climb section that is excellent and has some really good varieties of climbing challenges that will get the kids sitting outside their comfort zones in a friendly, yet safe area. Didn't have the time to look at the private rooms where it looks like, celebrations/parties can be booked?
Would highly recommend this as a venue for your next birthday party for your kids. Our party host Emily was amazing with all the kids, making sure no one missed out ok the fun, my daughter enjoyed her time with her friends all thanks to Emily from the start to the end so big ups to Emily and the team at Bounce McGregor for making my daughter’s day a memorable one. This will be the first of many visits from us thank you
