Georgia was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with our enquiry. We literally knew nothing about the different options and features that you can have with car seats. We left the store knowing a lot more than we ever would, with massive thanks to Georgia!

Called in at about 10:20am about a layby product change and had the best customer service from the lady/girl. Not only did she help me through the process but was so patient whilst I gave her a whole list of part numbers I needed to add. Thank you so much for being patient with me and being so helpful with all my questions.

I don't understand why the staff are so rude everytime we come in. We spend so much money there and none of them can be bothered to give us the time of day. Looking for a pram today and it took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to offer any assistance and it was mediocre at best - bit of joke when the prams we were looking at were in the $1,500 range. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this store after 3 or 4 visits with similar experiences of incredibly poor customer service.

We are expecting our first baby in Jan so we have been going to Baby Bunting MacGregor quite regularly recently. Every EVERY! staff member has been extremely helpful and patient with us, always trying their best to answer all our questions, always smiling and always provide us as much information as possible. We always feel extremely comfortable and happy after each visit. THANK YOU all the staff at Baby Bunting MacGregor!!!

Very big and well organised store for all kinds of baby needs. This is particularly helpful for those who are going to have baby for the first time. Products here are expensive but high in quality. It's worth to visit for the things like pram, baby cot, car seats as they have many varieties. The store also offer car seat fitting service. Struggling dads who have no idea about car seat installation, can seek help for a little fee.

We had ordered accessories online and paid postage for. And they put the wrong items in. And when we were in the shop, they are still trying to say they gave us the correct one. We ordered the correct and clear items. With twins, it is so hard to arrange a trip to the shop. That’s the reason we ordered online and get it delivered. Their contact me to say sorry. Well as a twins mum. I really don’t have that much time to go the shop get things. That’s why I paid for the postage. Sorry isn’t cutting it.

Very helpful staff all round , Krista was exceptional in her competence, product knowledge and very thorough and caring customer service.  Krista went the extra mile and gave us the confidence and explained everything very clearly.  It’s that level of help that takes a lot of the stress out of the adventure ahead.  This store is lucky to have such an asset in Krista.

I had a complete pregnancy brain malfunction when I had my car seat installed and got it put on the wrong side. I rang back and explained my error. The lady I spoke to Ang could not have been kinder and more understanding. I turned around and drove back and Molly fixed it for me straight away. All with a smile and complete understanding. Very happy with the service.

We had spoken to someone about a sale and confirmed we were going to come in store the next morning to view the products to understand how they work. Only to be met with a sales lady who told us there was no sale, then went away to happily confirm with us that it had finished yesterday. When we asked if there was any future sales coming as we were there to buy alot of items, she confirmed that she doubts there will be future sales this year. Left extremely upset with the general attitude and service.  Two weeks later the same sale is on
