My mother bought me some underwear for Xmas...they were the wrong size. Asked to swap to correct size and was told no. Only 30 days to refund, when my mum started Xmas shopping earlier...She paid cash and so they wiped their hands of us. In store clerk rude and unsympathetic and regional manager couldn't care less.... will never ever buy bonds again...horrible customer service to a loyal customer.

I've got unwanted items for Christmas gifts. I try to change it but their staff not allowed to change. Even I can't swap for upper size. They said "we need recipe". Also, their staff wasn't friendly. Never wanna come back again.
The socks are in a bit of a secret location, but the very friendly staff help you find your way! The store predominantly stocks underwear, despite the diverse range of sleepwear and exercise-wear that Bond has; though their range in the items that are stocked is great.
Want to many times over thank the lady that helped fit my bra boxing day. You are very welcoming and friendly, very good for customer service, my highest praise to you x
Super slow! Tried to price match and they would only do for exact same product but they didnt have the size i needed, waited over 10 minutes to be told they wouldnt help, they wouldnt even let me choose the same thing but in a different colour. Bad service.
It felt as if one of the staff were racist when we returned something and were soo careless and moody towards me! .
