Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Holly was super nice and accommodating to my mother and I as we looked through the clothing options. She checked up on us a couple times and helped us changed sizes and designs, giving us more options to choose from. Her patience really stood out for us as well because we kept changing sizes and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, she made the experience amazing and would definitely go here again!

Genuinely the most comfortable and welcome I've felt in an activewear store. The girl that was on this afternoon was so nice and helpful, after going to 10 other stores this afternoon to find sports bras, she was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for without making us feel like we were in the way. 10/10 customer service, I will definitely be coming back!!

One of the best retail service I've had in a long time - thank you so much to the girl in store Lady from NZ. Not only incredible service, but I have spend huge money on brands like Addidas, Nike, Skins etc and tried on some bike pants today and I could not believe how comfortable they were! Sports bras with actual cup sizes - Absolute game changer! I will be back soon :

Just had the BEST retail experience ever. The lady was so super lovely and helped me with style and sizing. She gave me info on each of the products and made me feel so comfortable talking to her. Usually I'm super shy and never ask for help  Overall just the best, nicest experience. I am in such a good mood after leaving the store.

I've been to this store only twice now and both times my experience has been nothing short of incredible! Zara and Tara sorry if I'm misspelling names are awesome personalities, I left the store feeling so much better than I did walking in and I'll definitely be back! The lady that was there my first time also had a lovely personality. Extremely motivated and kind women, and they know how to give you extactly what your looking for, love it!

Exceptional customer service from Candice. I asked for her name on the day so I could leave this review. Her suggestions for outfits to suit different styles of yoga was such a great help. 3 weeks on and 16 hot yoga classes later, I can testify to the quality of the Rockwear branded clothing too. You have a return customer here for sure. Great work all round.

Outstanding retail experience!!! Both ladies were exceptional in their product, style and sizing knowledge. Both were friendly and outgoing as well as professional. Can not fault them. Store was well organised, clean and well stocked. Loved it 10/10

Lady was annoying and kept coming into my change room while I was changing. Chose my size and style for me and tried to get me to buy a tonne a stuff that I didn't want. Went to the carindale store and it's so much better. Don't waste your time here unless the annoying lady isn't there

Some of the staff are really nice but some aren’t , good shopping experience in the beginning, they do give valuable fitting recommendations however the company policy can kill the business. Especially certain staff is really rude. Never go again.

The new manager that served me was fabulous! I'm loving the shirts she got me to buy! Definitely coming back when I'm back in Brisbane!
